Surge Public Affairs Establishes Columbia Footprint, Adds Top Political Talent to Team in Reagan Chase Kelley

COLUMBIA, SC – Surge Public Affairs, a national award-winning public relations, issue advocacy, political consulting and media production team, recently announced a major expansion to include the opening of a Columbia, S.C. office and the addition of highly-sought industry professional Reagan Chase Kelley.
A collaboration founded by Michael Mule’ of UPT Strategies, Lance and Tracey Williams of WSG Solutions, and Matt Chastain of Chastain Creative – Surge Public Affairs has decades of experience serving at senior levels in the Halls of Congress, advising campaigns nationwide at the federal, state and local levels, and leading advocacy efforts for major corporations and organizations that better South Carolina and the rest of the country. Kelley, who just completed service as the Director of Policy and Communications for the South Carolina Senate Majority Caucus, joins the Surge Public Affairs team as Senior Vice President of Policy and Campaigns.
With a decade of working alongside some of the top state and federal political leaders and having helped establish the largest Republican State Senate majority in state history, Kelley has established himself as a rising star in the industry and was recently honored as a “Best and Brightest Under 35” by Columbia Business Magazine.
